Web4Cars Terms of use Agreement
1. General and Acceptance
By using and/or visiting the www.web4cars.com website and/or any sub-website of www.web4cars.com (as defined below; collectively, including all content available through the Web4Cars.com domain name and/or any sub-domain name is owned, maintained and operated by Group Need GmbH and by using any of the services provided on the website (as defined bellow) you signify your assent to both these terms and conditions and the terms and conditions of Web4Cars Privacy Policy, which are published at www.Web4Cars.com, and which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any of these terms, then please do not use the Web4Cars website. The Terms of Use constitute a binding legal agreement between You as user (“you”) and Web4Cars in order to facilitate the delivery of services and to collect payments. Please read this agreement carefully and save it. if you do not agree with it, you should leave Web4Cars and discontinue use of its services immediately. Web4Cars may modify this Agreement from time to time and such modification shall be effective upon posting by Web4Cars on the website.
2. Eligibility
Use of Web4Cars services is void where prohibited. By using the services of Web4Cars, you represent and warrant that

Web4Cars may charge fees for the use of the services or part of them.
4. General Undertakings
You accept sole responsibility for all of your activities using the our website. You will not use the Web4Cars services for any unauthorized or illegal purpose. You will be responsible for ensuring that you do not violate any laws of your jurisdiction, including but not limited to copyright laws. You will not upload or transmit viruses, worms or any other destructive code.

Web4Cars has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party content or websites or any of their contents. In addition, Web4Cars will not and cannot censor or edit the content of any third-party site. By using the Website, you expressly relieve Web4Cars from any and all liability arising from your use of any third-party website.
6. Website Access
Web4Cars hereby grants you permission to use its website as set forth in these Terms of Use. To order the services of the Website, you will have to create an account. You may never use someone else's account without permission. When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account. You must notify Web4Cars immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. Although Web4Cars will not be liable for your losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account, you may be liable for the losses of Web4Cars or others due to such unauthorized use.
7. Third Party Services
You are fully aware of the fact that Web4Cars shall not have any responsibility or liability with regard to any third party services used by you on your Web4Cars website, such as payment and e-commerce services, and any use of such third party services shall be at your own responsibility and liability.
8. Fees and Payment
Some of the services offered on the website require payment. If you order our services, you shall pay all applicable fees, as described on our website in connection with such services selected by you. Web4Cars reserves the right to change its prices at any time, and such changes or modifications shall be posted online on our website. Please note that according to internal agreements, Web4Cars is entitled to collect fees from Users on behalf of the services, to process any payments and/or take any billing actions as required in connection with the collection of the fees on behalf of the ordered services. All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties. With agreeing these Terms you also agree and accept a 3 year contract for monthly and yearly paying websites.
9. Ownership of Content
Web4Cars does not have the ability to determine the actual owner of contents. Accordingly:
- in respect to content (such as websites, webpages and widgets) created and/or uploaded to the website of a user (and which Web4Cars has not been paid for), the owner of such content shall be considered as the Web4Cars user listed as the owner of the account under which the content has been created or uploaded to the website;
- in respect to websites created on Web4Cars website and which have an external URL (i.e. a domain name imported or purchased, Web4Cars shall consider the owner of such website as the person or entity registered as the owner of the domain.
10. Cancellation & Money Back
The Web4Cars services are provided on a prepay basis. Web4Cars users may decide to discontinue their use of any services at any time. Such cancellation is done by the users themselves by sending an e-mail to . Web4Cars will not refund any amounts paid, we validate the change at next period’s invoice. You acknowledge that certain services purchased on or through the website may be non-refundable. It is your obligation to verify your ability to cancel a service prior to purchasing any service. Web4Cars will not refund any amounts paid for non-refundable charged services.
11. Intellectual Property Rights
The content on the Web4Cars website is subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under local and international laws conventions. Content on our website is not be used, copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any other purposes whatsoever without the prior written consent of the respective owners.

- Web4Cars does not guarantee any protection with respect to user contents.
- You understand that all user content is under the sole responsibility of the user uploading such content. You are entirely responsible for all content that you upload, post, transmit or otherwise make available via the service. Web4Cars does not control the content posted via the service and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such content or that its uploading does not infringe any third party rights.
- While Web4Cars is not responsible for and does not review the user content, Web4Cars reserves the right to delete any such user content that Web4Cars deems, in its sole discretion, racist, hurting, abusing, illegal, or unacceptable for any reason and with no need to provide explanations.

Web4Cars cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
14. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Web4Cars from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses arising from:

- your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.
15. General
These Terms of Use shall be governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of Switzerland, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any claim or dispute between you and Group Need GmbH decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Zürich, Switzerland. These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by Web4Cars on our website, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Group Need GmbH concerning your website. If any provision of these Terms of Use is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms of Use, which shall remain in full force and effect. By registering to the Web4Cars website and providing your email address, you expressly agree to receive promotional content from Web4Cars, by mail or email, from time to time. If you provide Web4Cars with your phone number (at any stage of use of the Services), Web4Cars shall be entitled to call you or send you promotional SMS notices from time to time. If you wish not to receive such promotional content / notices, you may notify Web4Cars at any time.
